Tommy was a 1966 graduate of Dresden High School and served a combat tour in the US Navy in Vietnam. Following his return to Weakley County, Tommy eventually went to work for Northwest Tennessee Human Resource Agency in 1979 working there until his retirement in 2018 serving in variety of leadership roles including 34 years as Transportation Director and helping modernize the agency and grow it from two employees to an office staff of 30 employees and over 100 transportation vans in service.
Tommy was known as a fisherman and worked part-time as fishing guide for over 40 years turning his love of the outdoors as a way to build friendships and enjoy nature. Tommy was a rabid Tennessee Vols and Atlanta Braves fan. Tommy was a member of the Dresden Elks Lodge, the American Legion, and the Lebanon church of Christ.
At a class reunion in 1996, Tommy reconnected with his high school classmate, Judith, and the two married in 1998. They blended their family of Lee, Beth, and Ben, and spent much of the next 25 years traveling, helping their neighbors, and spoiling their grandchildren.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Patricia Bradberry. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Judith Bradberry; his children, Lee Guinn, Beth (Rickey), Ben (Ashley) and four grandchildren (MaKenzie, Will, Beau, and Olivia) and one great-grandchild (Hadeline).
