Thomas W. Budge, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully at the age of 82 years old on June 18th surrounded by family in Willow Grove, PA.
Thomas was a proud graduate of Roman Catholic High School, class of 1960. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Glenside Council 3128 and past Grand Knight.
Thomas was an active member of the Catholic Church. He was a former president of the Holy Name Society at St. Martin of Tours and St. David's parish.
He proudly served as the Secretary of UFCW Retirees for 10 years and was an active participant in neighborhood politics.
Thomas was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and cherished his time spent with his loving grandchildren.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Jean (nee McDonnell) and his loving daughters Doreen, Kellie, Kim (Darren). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren: Erin, Caitlin (Justin), Megan, Michael (Erin), Patrick, Elijah and Connor.
He was preceded in death by his parents Alexander and Catherine Budge (nee Jones), and his brother Don Budge.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Tuesday June 25, 2024 at 11am at St. David RC Church, 316 Easton Road, Willow Grove PA 19090. There will be a viewing before Mass from 9:30am to 10:45am.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to The American Heart Association
Interment will be private.

I knew Tom when he worked at Acme. He was a good guy to talk with. I think you was in volved in Philadelphia politics as a committee men. I am sorry to hear of his passing.
