Thomas Cahill Obituary

Born in Miami, FL on June 7, 1940, he was the son of Daniel Cahill and Frances (Burkett) Cahill. Thomas was a driller in the oil fields for Shamrock Drilling Company; a construction contractor for Tri-County Construction and also worked as a service technician for Illinois Bell.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Stephen "Ryan" and Kiki Cahill, Valier, IL; a daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Rob Lowrance, West Union, IL; seven grandchildren, Jacob Lathrop, Justin Lowrance, Ashley Lowrance, Phillip Lathrop, Kelcee Lowrance, Georgia Lathrop and Gwen Lathrop; a brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Cindy Cahill, Doah, FL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jane Cahill, River Grove, IL, Joan Cahill Laughlan, Gilbert, AZ, Sue and John Roagan, Gilbert, AZ and Pam York and Joe Drewes, Ashley, IL; his loving dog "Ginger" as well as several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
The family has elected to have direct cremation with no services.
Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, IL is assisting the family with these arrangements.

To Steph, Ryan and all of Tom´s Family, We were just reminiscing about Tom on New Years Eve. He was loved by our family, we had a lot of fun times. We were sad to hear of his passing. Brian and I want to extend our condolences to the whole family. Tom was lucky to have such caring children and siblings. May peace be with him.
