Thomas Allen Cleveland

Thomas Allen Cleveland, 66, son of Everett Eugene Cleveland and Wanda Lee Cleveland, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2025, while visiting his daughter and grandchildren in San Antonio, Texas.
Thomas dedicated his life to his country and community. He honorably served in the United States Air Force, continued his commitment to others through his work with the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office, and later served as a Magistrate, earning the respect and gratitude of all who worked alongside him.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Thomas will be remembered for his joy of cooking for his family and friends, collecting antiques, and sharing stories that brought laughter and warmth to those around him. Above all, he loved being surrounded by his family, who were the heart of his life.
Thomas is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, LaDonna DuPree Cleveland; his beloved daughters, Ashley Cleveland Brown and Teresa Gallagher; son-in-law Nicholas Gallagher; and his cherished grandchildren, Richard, Delilah, Everett and Shiloh.
Thomas will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His kindness, wisdom, and steadfast love will live on in the memories of his family and friends.
A funeral service in his honor will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Henderson United Methodist Church in Callao, Virginia. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate his life.
A memorial service will also be held in Fayetteville, North Carolina at a later date, with details to be announced.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks for the many expressions of love and support during this time of loss.
