He was born February 24th, 1967, in Wilmington, DE, and spent his childhood and the majority of his life in Middletown, DE, along with attending Middletown High School.
His hobbies and interests included hunting and fishing, as well as studying war and American history, along with collecting memorabilia and antiques. Thomas was a very well-versed and hardworking man with the knowledge and wide range of skills to surprise most, paying attention to each detail in every project he created, all the while being a dedicated and loving father to his sons and family.
He is survived by his two sons, Conor Cochran and his wife, Nikki Cochran of Wilmington, DE, and Samuel Thomas Cochran of Earleville, MD, as well as his grandson Torin Cochran and his brother Dave Reiff of Towson, MD.
