Thomas M. "Tom" Connolly

Thomas Michael Connolly, age 63, resided at Elwyn, passed away on March 10th, 2023. He was previously a long term resident of Havertown PA.

Thomas was the son of the late Charles and Eilleen Connolly. He was a loving brother to his three surviving siblings, Charles P Connolly (Mari), Peggy Federico (Peter), and Eilleen S Connolly. He was also a devoted uncle to 18 nieces and nephews, and 57 (and counting) Grand nieces and nephews.

 

Thomas was a very sweet soul. He enjoyed traveling to places like Canada, Switzerland, and Ireland. He had a kind heart and thought of others first. Thomas was lovable and innocent. He loved to play catch, go bowling, swimming, walking and biking. To him, family was extremely important. He not only loved his parents, his brother, and sisters but also all the staff at Elwyn Institute.

Thomas believed in kindness to others, he had faith in all he met. He saw the world as is should be, filled with goodness and truth. Thomas will be missed dearly by everyone who knew him.

 

Family and friends are invited to his Viewing on Thursday March 23rd, 2023 from 9:00am-10:00am at Annunciation B.V.M Church, 401 Brookline Blvd. Havertown, PA 19083. Funeral Mass begins at 10:00am, followed by Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, 626 Baily Rd, Yeadon, PA 19050.
