Thomas Lee Crum Sr.

Thomas L. Crum Sr., of Kissimmee, FL, passed away on, Saturday, November 22, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Sheila Crum. Born in Providence, Thomas was the son of Linda A. (Wood) Wing and the late Horace G. Thornton. He was the cherished father of Thomas L. Crum Jr. and brother of Wayne Schmiedeknecht.
Never one to stay in one place for long, Tom lived a life defined by movement, curiosity, and hard work. An entrepreneur at heart, he explored numerous careers: a former manager at Bickford's Restaurant, owner of his own ice cream business, electrical construction worker, and most recently a gaming supervisor in multiple casinos nationwide with his last and current position being with the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa, FL. No matter the task or the job title, Tom always brought with him a strong work ethic.
In his downtime, Tom loved music and could often be found at concerts or planning his next one. He also enjoyed visiting casinos throughout the country and cruising with his wife.
Tom will be remembered for his restless spirit, his warm heart, and the stories he collected and shared.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 4:00-6:00pm, followed by a Chapel Service at 6:00pm, in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick.
