Thomas M. Doyle

Thomas M. Doyle, 94, formerly of New York City, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025, at Crouse Community Center in Morrisville.
Thomas was born on February 14, 1931, in Endicott, and was raised in Endwell, a son of the late Thomas A. and Ethel M. (Price) Doyle. He was a graduate of Union–Endicott High School and continued his education at Pratt Institute, where he studied for two years.
He proudly served his country in the United States Army.
Thomas spent his professional life as an illustrator and artist in the fashion industry. He worked as a subcontracted illustrator for various designers and was well known for his contributions within high-end fashion studios.
A man of deep faith, Thomas was Catholic and actively involved in his community. He participated with SAGE Neighborhood Group and Activists for Justice, reflecting his compassion and commitment to others.
Thomas had a lifelong love for animals and enjoyed the Westminster Dog Show as well as grooming pets. He cherished time spent with his family at Bradley Brook, enjoyed walking, visiting the beach, dining out, and especially exploring and trying new foods.
He is survived by his nieces and nephews: Kathleen and James Carey of Eaton; James and Kathy Doyle of Owego; Thomas and Judy Doyle of Newark Valley; Matthew Doyle (Lori) of Eaton; and Christine and Anthony DeCarolis of Eaton; along with several great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to his parents, Thomas was predeceased by his partner of 55 years, William Cornwell, a brother, James G. Doyle, and his niece, Colleen M. Doyle.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on January 3, 2026, at St. Joan of Arc Church, 6 Brookside Drive, Morrisville, NY 13408. There will be no calling hours. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City.

The family would like to express their utmost appreciation to the staff of Crouse Community Center for the excellent care and compassion they provided to Tom. A special thank you is also extended to Debbie "Lucy" Teft for her friendship and kindness to Tom and his family; she will remain in their prayers.
