Thomas (Tom) P. Dutton, age 84, of Glenwood, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026.
He was born on June 23, 1941, in Norman. He was the son of Argus Lester Dutton and Ruby Lee Self Dutton. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Gisela Dutton.
Thomas served in the Air Force and then later in the National Guard Reserves where he was a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Black Springs Masonic Lodge #543 and would join the Glenwood Masonic Lodge at times. He drove the Caddo Hills School Bus and he drove a truck for Liggon Oil. When his health declined, his biggest goal was to stay with his cat, Tobey, and his Pomeranian, Archie. Thomas' wishes were fulfilled. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his three children, Felicia Roettger of Guthrie, OK, Jerry (Terri) Dutton of Bryant, and Kathi Anders (David) of Birdtown; his brother, Nathaniel Dutton of Alexandria, Louisiana; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren ,nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.
A Celebration of Thomas' Life will be held at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home- Glenwood.
