A funeral service will take place Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 11:00 am (visitation at 10:00 am) at St. Michael Lutheran Church of Canton, 7000 Sheldon Road, Canton, MI 48187. Interment with military honors will take place Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 10:30 am at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly, MI 48442. Memorial contributions can be made to The Parkinson's Foundation or to St. Michael Lutheran Church.

We were very sad to hear the news of Tom passing. He was my dad's (John Ferko) nephew. When they crossed paths later in life, I remember how much joy my dad had in talking with Tom, as he was also very mechanical. This obituary defines a life well-lived - and married 59 years!
