Thomas C Frasca

Thomas C. Frasca, 85, of Millis where he lived at Poquonock Farm since 1969 along with Belgrade Lakes, Maine, died surrounded by his children at his home in Millis on Saturday July 20th.
Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Manuel R. and Helen C. (Conlin) Frasca. He was raised in Westwood, MA. Tom graduated from Norfolk Agricultural school and began his career as a union pipefitter until he began his own plumbing business that he ran with his son Steven.
His love of Thoroughbred horses, which included breeding, raising, training and owning continued throughout his life up until a few months ago. At the height of his horse racing days, he would train the horses himself in the morning at his farm and continue his day running his plumbing business, only to be back at the farm that night. He also was the Plumbing Inspector in Millis and Sherborn for over 50 years.
Tom and his late high school sweetheart, Jane C. Frasca, who later became his wife of 56 years, enjoyed spending their time together up in Maine at their lake house in Belgrade Lakes. Tom was immensely proud of his grandchildren and always wanted to know what they were up to and took pride in being involved in their lives.
Tom leaves behind his three children, T. Scott Frasca and his wife Lynn of Maine, Steven Frasca and his wife Kelley of Millis, and Jill Frasca Breed of Millis and Arthur Breed of Franklin. He also leaves behind his seven grandchildren Thomas, Jamie and fiancé Rachel, Jenna, Julia, John, Jeffrey and Devon. He is also survived by his brother William Frasca and many nieces and nephews that admired him.
A Funeral Mass to which all are invited will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 11:30a.m. at St. Theresa's in Sherborn, MA.
