Thomas Donald Guyette, age 77, of Plymouth, Minnesota, passed away on June 16, 2025, at his home.
Tom was born on May 12, 1948, in Ottawa, Illinois, and was a graduate of Marquette High School. He attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. He later continued his studies in medicine and biomedical engineering. Over the years, Tom worked at Medtronic, the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis, and in the field of alternative medicine.
He had a lifelong passion for building sound systems and tinkering with computers. Tom was known by all for his compassion, kindness, and generosity.
Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Don and Bernice Guyette; his wife, Joan Kuszes; and Joan's daughter, Rebecca. He is survived by his sister, Maribeth Surma of Naperville, Illinois; his brother, Robert Guyette (Regina) of Paradise Valley, Arizona; and his brother, John Guyette (Jan) of San Clemente, California. He is also survived by Joan's children and grandchildren.
