Thomas V. Haese, age 78, of Manitowoc, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 5, 2024 at the Aurora BayCare Center, Green Bay following a motorcycle accident in Manitowoc County.
Thomas was born on April 28, 1946 in Manitowoc, son of the late Victor and Bulah (Laughter) Haese. He was a graduate of Reedsville High School with the class of 1964. Tom owned and operated Tommy's Auto Body on Alverno Road in Manitowoc and later moved the business to Branch.
Survivors include two daughters: Kristine (Dale Duerschmidt) Haese, Two Rivers, and Tammy Rosman, Manitowoc; one stepdaughter: Shannon (Jeff) Wall, Manitowoc; five grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; one brother and sister-in-law: Glen (Mary) Haese, Manitowoc; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Bernadine (Larry) Brickner, Sturgeon Bay, Becky (Jason) McCoppin, Kenosha; mother of Kristine and Tammy: Donna Ellert, Manitowoc, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Victor and Bulah Haese; one daughter: Tracy Stover; two grandsons: Andrew Preston and Brandon Mullins; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Betty (Jim) Pritzl and Bernice (Leigh) Kraftcheck.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 1-5 pm at the Lincoln Park Field House (1215 N. 8th Street), Manitowoc.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Branch Fire Department, the Manitowoc Sheriff's Department, the Aurora BayCare, Green Bay emergency room doctors and nurses, the third floor ICU nurses, and the UW Organ and Tissue Donation Team from Madison and Meriter Hospital in Madison for their care, compassion, and support during this tragic event.
