I first met Mr Hebel was working in Moore Haven at the only bank at that time. He was a very nice man always having you back. I got sick and was out for about 6 weeks, I am a single person no other income and what am I going to do. Well I went back to work and it was time to get a raise. He talked to me and said this is what we are going to do.
He paid me my back wages and a little raise. I will always remember his kindnest to me. He will be missed.
