Billy "Jimmy" McCullers, Jr. passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on December 23, 2025. He was born on October 3, 1955 in Vero Beach, Florida to Billy James McCullers, Sr. and Roberta Peterson. He was raised in Vero Beach, Florida and graduated from Vero Beach High School. He attended and served at First Baptist Church of Okeechobee. He was a 3rd generation water well driller from the age of 16, he was the co-owner of Superior Water Works, Inc. He was the commander of the AWANA Ministry, Upward for Basketball and Flag football, South Florida Water Management District, and Florida Ground Water Association. He loved his church family, his service to the Lord, spending time with his family, airboating, ocean fishing, and in his younger years boating and surfing.
Mr. McCullers was preceded in death by his father, Billy J. McCullers, Sr.; mother, Roberta McCullers; sister, Deborah Bryant; brother, Timothy McCullers; father in-law, Rev. Dallas Enfinger; and mother in-law, Elsie Enfinger.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Cindy Enfinger McCullers; sons, Billy J. McCullers, III (Shawna) of Lake Placid, FL and Brian McCullers (Cheyanna) of Okeechobee, FL; daughter, Pamela McCullers Alexander (Justin) of Orlando, FL; granddaughters, Saige (Trenton), Angelea, Chloe, Alisa, Bria, Emma, Ellie, Bailey; grandson, Elijah, great grandchild, Lynnlee; brother, Daniel Enfinger (Cindy) of Okeechobee, FL; nieces and nephews, David Howard (Holly) of Colorado, Michael Howard of Vero Beach, FL, Allison Randall (Will) of Thomasville, GA, Joshua McCullers (Jackie Sue) of Thomasville, GA, Joy McCullers of Thomasville, GA, Luke Enfinger (Katie) of Tennessee, Bethany Long (James) of Okeechobee, FL, and Taylor Enfinger (Deidra) of Okeechobee, FL; and other family members, Billy and Lillian Enfinger of Orlando, FL, Wade and Mary Clark of Georgia, Janet McCormick of Margate, FL, and Felicia and Michael Howard of Margate, FL.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until service at 5:00 pm on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at First Baptist Church.
