Thomas Joseph Jennings

Thomas Joseph Jennings, 72, of Port Clinton, passed away on October 26, 2025 at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, OH. He was born on January 11, 1953 in Fostoria, OH the son of Norman Jackson and Phyllis Jean (Fox) Jennings. Thomas was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Port Clinton. Thomas was a truck driver for Baker Tank and retired from Hulcher. He most recently was working for Bay Township Maintenance Dept. He was a big Ohio State Buckeye Fan and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Thomas is survived by his wife: Linda (Long) Jennings who he married on August 3, 1974; sons: Michael (Liz) Jennings of Archbold, OH, Eric (Jamie) Jennings of Port Clinton, OH, T. J. (Trisha) Jennings of Luckey, OH; grandchildren: Bethany, Katlyn, Alex, Ashley, Zach, Mackenzie, Evan; great-grandchild: Zoey; siblings: Kathy (William) Shedenhelm of Fremont, OH, Edward (Karen) Jennings of Hayes, VA.; sister-in-law: Cindy Conner of Port Clinton; brother-in-law: Dennis Long of Bixby, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents: Norman and Phyllis Jennings; mother and father-in-law: Delbert and Kate Long; grandson: Michael Jennings, Jr.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home, 1124 Fulton St., Port Clinton, OH 43452. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 31, 2025, 11:00 AM at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home, Port Clinton, OH, with Rev. Jarrod Schaaf officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Port Clinton with military honors. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
