Reverend Thomas Andrew Luttrell of Marion, Indiana, formerly of Eaton Rapids,
Passed away April 1, 2024, at the age of 83. Tom was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on December 2, 1940, the son of James and Thelma (Allen) Luttrell. He was a pastor at Kendon Drive Church of the Nazarene for 20 years. Tom was a giving man and enjoyed sharing the word of God, he was a bi-vocational pastor and helped out many churches in need. His family was very important to him and he cherished any time he got to spend with them. Tom was the owner of LA Express and worked for Pitney Bowes. He married the love of his life, Mary Lou on June 11, 1960, and they spent 63 years together. Tom enjoyed singing and was an avid bowler.
Tom is survived by his children, William (Rora) Luttrell of Willmington, IL, Jeffrey (Paula) Luttrell of Marion, IN, Donald (Juli) Luttrell of Eaton Rapids; grandchildren, Rebecca (Matthew) Calhoun, Robyn (Will Houle) Luttrell, Christopher (Megan) Luttrell, Robert (Ashlyn) Luttrell, Cynthia (TJ) Swanson, Wesley (Christine) Luttrell, Kristina (Nick) Maksymowski, Alexander (Miranda) Luttrell; great grandchildren, Mora, Charlie, August, Silas; siblings, Libby Jory. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Lou Luttrell; sister, Ruth (Jimmy) McDowell; brother Ed Luttrell.
Funeral Services will be held at Eaton Rapids Church of the Nazarene on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to Eaton Rapids Church of the Nazarene or Gideons International, PO Box 97251, Washington DC 20090, in loving memory of Thomas Andrew Luttrell.
