Sandra Shepard Obituary
Sandra's formative years were spent in the close-knit community of Grand Ledge, where she attended high school. In her adult years, she worked several jobs, but Sandra took immense pride in her role as a homemaker. Sandra's life was filled with the joy she found in the simple pleasures such as square dancing to the vibrant rhythms of life and cherishing every moment with her loved ones.
Sandra's legacy is honored by those who survive her: her sons, Rodney (Janet) Shepard and Kevin Shepard; her grandchildren, Harley (Sophia) Shepard, Sara Shepard, Kyle (Elizabeth) Shepard, Chase Maloney, Ryan Maloney, and Kira (Jamie) Quick; along with several adoring great-grandchildren, and her sister Dawn Glasgow.
She was preceded in death by parents, Orin and Ethel Cooper, her beloved husband, Ralph Shepard Jr, her daughter, Kimberly (Larry) Maloney; her brothers, Spike Cooper; her brother-in-law, Jim Glasgow, her grandson, Brent Shepard and her infant grandson, Luke Shepard.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Grand Ledge Church of the Nazarene, 3432 Jefferson Highway, Grand Ledge, Michigan 48837 at 11:00 am with a visitation prior from 10:00 am to 11:00 am; Interment to follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Grand Ledge. Contributions can be made in loving memory of Sandra to the Grand Ledge Church of the Nazarene. For online condolences please visit www.millsfuneral.com
