Thomas Margeson Obituary
OLEAN - Thomas R. Margeson, 47, of Olean, died on Monday (June 16, 2025) in his home.
He was born Feb. 3, 1978, in Wellsville, the son of Thomas H. and Leonora L. Miess Margeson.
Tom was raised in Belmont, and graduated from Belmont High School in 1996. He continued his education at St. John Fisher and Alfred Universities.
He found his career in construction working for Dick Vossler Construction and Kinley Construction, both of Allegany, and Mark Franz Construction of Olean.
Outside of his employment he was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and enjoyed playing golf.
In addition to his parents, Thomas and Lonnie of Belmont, he is survived by a daughter, Eliana Margeson of Little Valley; a sister, Adreann (Daniel) Barnhardt of LeRoy; as well as two nephews; and several aunts and uncles.
A private graveside is being planned in Forest Hills Cemetery of Belmont.
