Thomas was born to the union of the late Rev. Thomas Moore Sr. and Kathleen Steele Moore on January 19, 1954. He was a member of the Historic Pleasant Green Missionary Church.
Thomas graduated from Henry Clay High School then went on to pursing a careen in the United
States Army. Thomas worked as a Lexington Police Officer for 19 years where he retired ending his
work career at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
He was proceeded in death by his Parents, Rev. Thomas E. and Kathleen Moore, two Sister,
Brenda Marriner and Anna Lerron. one Brother, Dr. John A. Moore Sr.
He commitment, contribution and Legacy will always remain clear in the hearts of those he
has left behind. His loving and faithful wife of 43 years; Mrs. Carolyn W. Moore, two Sons,
Thomas E. (Anita) Moore III and Lorenzo Moore, one daughter, Monyelle R. Moore, thirteen
Grandchildren, elven great grandchildren, three Sisters and one Brother and a host of other
family and friends.
