Mr. Moore passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025, at his home.
Survivors include: two sisters, Bonnie Sue Knight of Roanoke and Faye Wells of Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Mr. Moore was born on November 19, 1938, the son of Lamar Eugene Moore and Maude Ellen Aldridge Moore. He was a member of Lowell Methodist Church and had been employed by the state of Georgia. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in business and was stationed in Germany with the United States Army. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jimmy Moore.
