Thomas O'Connor Obituary

Born on April 30, 1927, Tom attended Regis High School and then Fordham University. After serving in the U.S. Navy in World War II, Tom earned his medical degree at New York University and began his career as a physician in 1954.
For over 50 years, Tom was a physician at Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville and maintained a medical practice in Eastchester with his dear wife Mary (Polly), a nurse, by his side.
Tom will be remembered for his commitment to his family, patients, his humble intelligence, and love of the Yankees.
Tom is predeceased by his wife, Mary, and daughter, Claire.
He is survived by his children, Robert (Donna) O'Connor, Joan (Bernie) Deitrick, Joseph (Phon) O'Connor, and Anne (Edward) Lam along with eight grandchildren and two great-granddaughters, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is being held on Saturday, September 27th at 12:15pm at Ferncliff Mausoleum, 280 Secor Road, Hartsdale, NY.
