Rose Philippo Obituary
She married in 1958 and raised a family with her husband Joseph Philippo (predeceased), a musician in White Plains. He predeceased her.
Rose was a woman of deep faith and a devoted member of the Christian Apostolic Church of Eastchester. She was an attendance clerk for the White Plains School district for over 30 years. She is predeceased by her parents Gaetano and Fiorentina Colantuono, her sisters: Antoniette, Lillian and Mary and brothers: John (June) Colantuono, Joseph (Rose) Colantuono and Peter (Esther) Colantuono.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Frank (Michelle) and Stephen (Francine) and 3 grandchildren: Anthony, Joelle, and Frederic Philippo.
She is survived by her youngest sister Madeline (John) Pizzuto.
She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces, and nephews. She was resident at 46 Jackson Apartments in Eastchester for the last 15 years; she passed peacefully on Feb 22, 2026.

I´m sure Aunt Rosey is looking down on us all and giving us all her blessings. That´s just the way I will always remember her. I grew up in my grandfather´s house, so I can remember her from the first years of my life. She was very close to her brothers and sisters. When you see my mom tell her how much I love her and all the family as well. When I was small I can still see you with Penny Loafers and a kerchief around her head. That was the look in those days. I don´t know anyone who had more passion for life, religion and her family. I pray The Almighty Father and The Blessed Mother will for ever bring you peace for eternity. All my Love Aunt Rosey
