Thomas Earl Priebe, age 81, passed away peacefully with family by his side on September 18, 2025. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Thomas H. and Dolores A. (Hagedorn) Priebe on May 2, 1944.

A National Guard veteran, he was proud to have served his country. Thomas was a conductor with New York Central Railroad, Erie Railroad, Penn Central, Conrail and Norfolk-Southern Railroad, a career that took him to many destinations. He also served as a UTU labor representative, and he retired after 44 years of service.

A lover of cars, he was a founding member of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Buick Club, the VP of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Antique Automobile Club of America, and a member of the Northern Ohio GTO chapter. Thomas' other passions included history, coin collecting, gardening, travel, and time with his beloved grandchildren.

Left to cherish many memories are his dear wife of 57 years, Billie L. Priebe; his children Jeffrey Priebe, Jennifer (Matthew) Panchur, and Shawn (Jill) Priebe; grandchildren Pryce, Preston, Carson, Lillianna and Shawn Jr.; sister-in-law Deborah Abood; niece and nephew Kimberly Martinez and Randall (Kelly) Abood; and his nephews Nathan, Brayden and Logan.

Services will be announced at a later date.
