One brother preceded him in death.
Tom proudly served in the United States Army. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Eldon, MO where he served as an Elder, a Deacon and board chairman. He taught for many years at School of the Osage and was also employed flying the Staff for Life helicopter for Columbia and Lake of the Ozarks. Tom was a member of the Eldon VFW Post #2442 of Eldon, MO; a 50 year Mason and member of the Masonic Lodge of Hickory Hill 211 and a member of the Shriner's of Wichita, KS. He was Military Honor Guard Coordinator, and also served as Administrator for the Miller County Ambulance District and was honored to be an Eagle Scout.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the First Christian Church of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 5:00 PM with Rev. Bill Foglesong officiating. Burial will follow at Greenmore Memorial Gardens in Barnett, MO with Full Military Honors presented.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in his name are suggested to the First Christian Church of Eldon, MO or to the Central Missouri Honor Flight.
Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
