Thomas Paul Toth

Thomas Paul Toth, age 90, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 04, 2024, surrounded by his family. Tom is survived by his wife of 30 years, Pat; children Tina Belz (Scott), Barbara Sternberg (Brian), Joe Colombo (Andrea), Jim Colombo (Jessica); grandchildren Amanda, Matt, Joe, Devin, Nicole, Jimmy and Sophia. He also leaves behind one great-grandson, Mayer. Tom was a Corporal in the United States Army and was stationed mainly in Chinon, France. He became a programmer and developed software systems for many corporations including American Greetings, Revco (now CVS) , and Scott Paper to name a few. Tom was an avid art and antiques collector. He enjoyed traveling the world. Tom was a perfectionist when it came to his personal work but was calm, humble, and cared about everyone. "He was the love of my life", according to his wife, Pat. Services for Tom will be at Busch Funeral Home, 32000 Detroit Rd., Avon, Ohio 44011. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Thursday, November 14, 2024, a visitation will be at 10:30 am with a funeral service starting at 11:00 am. Christian burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Avon, Ohio.
