Tiffany Ann Baisley January 22, 1994-April 22, 2025 Middletown, New York
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tiffany Ann Baisley. Tiffany died peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Garnet Health Center on April 22, 2025. She was 31 years old.Born on January 22, 1994, she was raised by Karen and Peter Baisley in Washingtonville, New York. She was a graceful figure skater, an enthusiastic cheerleader and enjoyed playing soccer, the clarinet and dancing.Tiffany was a strong, smart and spirited young woman. Despite battling lifelong illnesses, hospital stays, and physical complications from Arnold Chiari Malformation, she stayed consistently brave with a sharp sense of humor. She was a wonderful and devoted mother to her daughter Addelyn and enjoyed spending time creating artwork and cooking with her.Tiffany leaves behind her daughter Addelyn (Addy), mother and father Karen Baisley and Peter Baisley, sister Samantha Baisley, brother Kevin Miller, his wife Katie Miller, grandfather Theodore Kordecki, and her niece and nephews, Ava, Nathen and Travis. She also leaves a brother and sister, Ryan and Nicole Monaco as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.Tiffany's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ donation. Now free from pain, her strength and love will not be forgotten by those who knew her.A memorial service will take place on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 6pm-8pm at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home Inc., 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940, where family and friends will gather to celebrate her life and the beautiful memories she leaves behind.
