Tiffany M. Ostrom, age 44, of Bay City, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, November 5, 2025. She was born April 19, 1981, in Bay City, Michigan, the daughter of Thomas E. Ostrom and Cynthia M. Greenhoe.
Tiffany attended Bay City Central High School. She had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone in need. She loved camping and traveling, especially around the Rose City area, and looked forward every year to the family's annual tubing trip on the Rifle River. Tiffany was also known for her delicious homemade cookies and her creativity-she had a special talent for making everything she did festive and full of life. Above all, she adored her children and was deeply protective of her family.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Mya Ostrom; her son, Dre Hawkins (girlfriend Nyah Kelpinski); her mother, Cynthia Ostrom; her step father, Richard Schneider; her brother, Tommy Ostrom; and her nieces and nephews, Sergio DeLeon, Selene Ostrom, and Vivianna DeLeon. Tiffany is also survived by many loving and caring aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Ostrom; her grandparents, Yvonne and Ernest Valley, and Marie and Elmil Ostrom; and her uncle, Patrick Greenhoe.
Tiffany will be remembered for her loving nature, her creative spirit, and the joy she brought to those around her.
Per Tiffany's request, cremation will take place. A Gathering of family and friends will be held at Lincoln Road Hall on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 3:00 PM.
