Tiffiny is survived by her fiancé, Jimmy Hollins, Sr., Kewanee; son, Jonathan Hallman, Lubbock, Texas; two adopted children, Kimberly Kerg, Kewanee, Dustin Kerg, Kewanee; and two sisters, Tabatha Kerg, Lubbock, Texas and Becky Self, Kewanee. She was preceded in death by her mother, Tammi Hallman-Smith; a brother, Dustin Kerg; ex-spouses, Darryl Tuttle and William Self (Lori Quanstrom); mother-in-law, Dorothy Crain.
Tiffiny worked at Pines and the Shell Gas Station. She enjoyed collecting giraffes and Buddas. She kept a stern household of motherly factors, you could hear her before you could see her. She was a social butterfly and could put a smile on most faces. "Crazy Tiff" has stunned hearts.

My heart is HEAVY & SADDENED DEEPLY. No word's could begin to describe my LOST EMOTION'S over this GREAT LOSS not only of a GREAT FRIEND, EAR TO LISTEN & GIVE "TIFF" ADVICE on what people may need help with, BUT ALSO A VERY UNIQUE & VERSATILE PERSON I HAVE GREAT PRIVLEDGE OF KNOWING & CLOSE CONFIDENT & FRIEND... no WORD'S could ever TRULY & HONESTLY DESCRIBE "TIFF" to the "Average" person who didn't know Tiff on a personal level only FEW GENUINELY KNEW, and that was Tiff's decision to ALLOW you the GREATEST PRIVLEDGE OF TRULY KNOWING JUST WHO TIFFANY HALLMAN really was as a person. I am forever GRATEFUL for the PRIVLEDGE of the few Tiff allowed to know just who she REALLY WAS... I THANK YOU GIRL FOR THAT, and you will ALWAY'S have as you already did year's ago a SPECIAL PLACE IN MY/OUR MEMORIE'S & ALSO MY HEAVILY SADDENED & BROKEN HEART... also, I wouldn't mind one bit if you would please check in on me once in awhile just saw "HEY" letting me know your there babe... .. Fly HIGH & STRONG & I will forever MISS YOU. LIVE YOU BABE, and I'll leave this story how "Tiff" would end/attach to her text message's... sure other's will smile as they know Tiff ended messages just like this...
