Tillie Roy Obituary

Born in Goshen, Conn., she was the daughter of the late Carmine and Angelina (Maraia) Gelormino. She was raised and lived in Torrington her entire life.
Earlier in life, Tillie worked as a secretary at the Torrington Company, Standard Cycle, and Vet's Explosives.
She is survived by her daughter, Lorene Chellgren and her husband, David; two grandchildren, Kristin Bruyette and John Chellgren; three great grandchildren, Lucas, Laila and Kelsey; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Tillie was predeceased by brother Anthony Gelormino and her sisters; Rose Gelormino, Violet Gelormino, Filomena Killiany, Nellie Saporite and Caroline Senzamici.
Funeral services were held privately and burial was in the family plot in Goshen Center Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions "In Memory of Tillie G. Roy" may be made to Center Congregational Church, 155 Main St. Torrington, CT 06790.
