Timothy Joe "Tim" Burroughs, age 61, of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025, with his loving sister by his side.
Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Joy Burroughs; and his grandparents, Beady and Hubert Porter, Bertha and Jess Burroughs.
He is survived by his father, Bobby Burroughs; sister, Tammy Burroughs-Cardin; brother, Paul Burroughs; daughter, Holly Burroughs; grandchildren Memphis, English, and Salem; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family who loved him dearly; along with many close friends who were like family and brought great joy and laughter into his life.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff in the ICU at CHI Memorial–Hixson, Hearth Hospice, and the Hospice Care Center in Chattanooga for their compassionate care and support.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
