Timothy W. “Tim” Simmons, a retired truck driver, was born on December 8, 1966, in Lakeland, Florida. He passed away on February 12, 2026, at AdventHealth Lake Wales.
Tim had a passion for working on old cars, which he enjoyed immensely. He was a dedicated fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and loved watching Nascar races. His love for rock-n-roll was evident with KISS being his favorite band.
Tim is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Provenzano, and her husband Mark, both from Lakeland; his brothers, James Simmons and his wife Dawreen, also of Lakeland, and Terry Simmons and his wife Jennifer of Alabama; his mother, Linda Simmons; and his grandchild, Aidan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bearnard Simmons; and son, Steven Simmons.
