Timothy "Bull" Wise Obituary
Timothy Dodson Wise, age 68 of Laurel, Nebraska died on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at his residence.
No formal services will be held at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wintz Funeral Home in Laurel.
Timothy Dodson was born on November 21, 1956 in Houston, Texas to Carl Dodson and Mary Katheleen (Meek) Wise. He graduated from Newcaney High School in 1975. He spent five years in Pipefitters Apprentice School and then has worked as a pipefitter for most of his career. His wife is Darlene Kay Gothard.
Tim loved watching his granddaughter Meleah, watching the Texas Longhorns, cooking BBQ. He was a bull rider for many years and he loved telling stories about his experiences.
Tim is survived by his wife Darlene of Laurel; son Lee (Sarah) Larson of Carroll, NE and their daughter Meleah; a sister Sherry (David) Gibbons of Houston, TX; several nieces and nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law.
He was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Mary Wise; two brothers Randy and Clint; sister Carla; and nephew Josh.
