Timothy Paul "Paul" Cheek

Timothy Paul Cheek, 59, passed away on December 25, 2025, in Topeka, Kansas.
Born on August 18, 1966, Timothy-known to many as Paul-attended Rossville Grade School and graduated from Rossville High School. Throughout his life, Paul took pride in working with his hands. He held various roles, including working alongside local farmers and in construction. His craftsmanship extended beyond work; he had a passion for building and playing guitars.
Paul was also known for his generous spirit. He volunteered at the Topeka Rescue Mission, giving his time to help those in need. In quieter moments, he found joy in watching old Westerns and war movies-favorites that reflected his appreciation for stories of resilience and courage.
He is survived by his wife Denise of the home; his brother Rick and sister-in-law Rebecca of Spring Hill; and numerous extended family members who will remember him with love. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Karen; brothers Mark and Matthew; niece Kayla; and nephew Jared.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on January 3, 2026, at 235 Southeast Lime Street, Topeka, Kansas 66607.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in care of Timothy Cheek to Rick Cheek at 26390 W 226th St., Spring Hill, KS 66083, to assist with funeral and other expenses.
