Timothy Copperman Obituary

Publish in a newspaper

Timothy "Tim" L. Copperman, 78, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away of medical complications, on November 13, 2025. Born on December 18, 1946, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Alice Daniels-Copperman and Harvey Copperman.
Tim's journey began in the heart of Ohio; his early life set the stage for a man who would later become a pillar of strength and reliability for his family and community. After bravely serving his country in the Army, Tim dedicated over 30 years of his life working at Ford, where his hard work and dedication were evident to all who worked alongside him.
Tim's love for his wife, Regina Dreher, was a testament to his caring and committed nature. Together, they created a blended family that included his children, Dawn (Mark Spitzer) and Darren, as well as his stepchildren, Nick Dreher (Rhonda Davies) and Tony Dreher. Tim's legacy continues through his multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will carry forward his spirit and values.
An avid outdoorsman, Tim found solace and joy in duck and deer hunting. His competitive spirit came alive during games of baseball and horseshoes, where he enjoyed the camaraderie and friendly competition. Tim's passion for cars was undeniable, with his cherished Corvette and Mustang being more than just vehicles; they were symbols of his love for the open road and the freedom it represented.
As a member of the VFW and the American Legion, Tim's commitment to his fellow servicemen and women was unwavering. He found simple pleasures in playing pull-tab tickets, a pastime that brought him both excitement and relaxation. However, it was the moments spent on his front porch, overlooking his property, that truly captured the essence of Tim's contentment with life.
Please join the family for a visitation Wednesday, November 19, 2025, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., at Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. Yesterday

Hello Family of Tim Copperman from Liz Barth, widow of Gary Barth. Your Dad and Gary were friends for many years. Gary shared Walleye with your dad in the fall of the year and your dad shared some of his canning that he did from his garden with us. Gary had been sick from April 2021 till he passed in January 2024 and we lost touch with your dad. Bryon tried to notify your family when his dad passed but was unable to contact anyone. And just today, on Legacy, I found your Dad's Obituary. I wanted to express my sympathy for your loss and acknowledge their past friendship. God's Blessings and Comfort to your family.
