Tim was born on November 12, 1961 in Bellville, Michigan, and was the son of the late Stephen Kenneth and Ella Corey Williams Dillon. He was very close to his mother, whom he loved. He loved muscle cars, animals and loved watching John Wayne and Clint Eastwood movies. He was a resident of the area for 30 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Harry Ricky Dillon and Roger Dillon.

Upon his wishes, he was cremated. Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands is in charge of arrangements and those wishing to express sympathy online may do so at www.hurstscottfuneralhomes.com
