Timothy "Tim" Norman Everett passed away on Wednesday October 11, 2023 at home surrounded by the love of his life, family, and friends after a two and a half year battle with lung cancer.
Visitation will be at 4:00 - 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Carlisle Funeral Home.
Tim was born on January 8, 1964 to William Norman Everett and Rebecca Hayslip Everett. He graduated from Roanoke High and attended Eastern Carolina University shortly after. On May 19, 2016 he married Barbara Everett on a cruise ship.
Tim spent a brief period as a truck driver and the rest of his life as a sales man. He was a salesman for OK Loans/Don Bulluck Chevrolet. He loved Big Bang Theory, traveling on cruise ships, music, and reading. Tim was a true Red Skins fan just like his father. Tim had a great sense of humor, could talk to any stranger, and would brighten up a room with his presence and laughter.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Everett of the home; son Michael F Everett of Greenville; daughter Ashley Everett & her husband Hunter Rademaker; daughter Samantha Holland (Ryan) of Edenton; and son Daniel Smith (Jennifer). His beloved grandchildren Lauren Manning, Dalton Moore, Amber Warren, Camryn Matthews, Brady Holland, Jaxson and Oliver Smith. His sister Kristie Roebuck of Williamston.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents William Norman Everett and Rebecca Hayslip Everett; and his son Timothy Norman Everett II.
Tim and his wife Barbara are forever grateful for friends that they consider family for all the support, time, and love received. Tim was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, and amazing best friend. Tim will be missed by all, but will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him.
