Tim was an incredible human being. Straightforward and snarky, but had a huge heart and was always there to help. Either at work with engineering, printing 3D parts for me anytime I asked, or helping navigate through the online realms of final fantasy. My daughter was always amazed at the incredible online characters that they earned and would show off for her. I´ll never forget when Tim was over for a little work party and our mean dog who didn´t trust anyone found herself drawn to him. She was a good judge of character. You´ll be greatly missed Tim, you left a mark on this world.

Tim was an excellent engineer whose absence will be deeply felt by our organization, but whose legacy in practice, code, and culture will endure for years to come. One of the greatest accomplishments for software engineers is to both acquire a deep understanding of a particular topic or technology and then be known for your willingness and adeptness in sharing that knowledge. Tim was universally renowned by their colleagues, both past and present, for their leadership and guidance in front-end development. I hope Tim understood how well respected and valued they were, and it brought them fullness.

I had the absolute pleasure of working, trading ideas, talking about personal interests (gadgets, games, technology) on a near daily basis with Tim for the last 4ish years. Tim was a special individual in so many ways - so uniquely talented with a wry sense of humor that never failed to make me chuckle.

Even though we were coworkers we would frequently message each other outside of work about our shared interests. I loved talking about games with Tim, I loved Tim's takes on the newest phones, handheld emulators, movies, music, alcoholic beverages, coffee, whatever new device they were working on, and especially bleeding edge web technologies. Tim donned themselves the title of "Javascript Overload" on Slack for years which made me laugh every single time I saw it.

And it was true, Tim was a true visionary technology leader, they influenced me in so many ways it's impossible to accurately state. I feel that so many of their colleagues trusted Tim's words of guidance and advice implicitly. Beyond Tim's extraordinary talent was an individual who was always willing to share their current interests in depth with those who wanted to listen, and their passion was unmistakable - no matter the topic.

Tim is utterly irreplaceable, it will be impossible not to think about them nearly every time I touch a piece of front-end code. Tim will influence the way I work and perceive technology for the rest of my life. A small bit of respite I take is that Tim will live on in the countless codebases they've touched and the overall influence they've had on all those they've interacted with.

Tim made such a strong impression on all, they were an utterly one of a kind individual and their presence will be sorely sorely missed.

Tim was an amazing human with such a great sense of humor and patience. My first time meeting them was actually through video games (Final Fantasy XIV), but then realizing that they also worked for Cardinal/Outcomes. Tim will be dearly missed. My condolences to Tim's family during this time.

Tim was one of those rare colleagues that not only contributed in Herculean ways to the work delivered, but also made a huge impact on the culture of our company. I will remember Tim for their wry wit, dedication, intelligence, creativity, brutal honesty, and spicy warmth. I don't know how many people are aware of their impact on the success of Outcomes because... reasons, but it was epic. We are all better off for having them been a part of the team. I will really miss Tim. My condolences to Tim's family, I hope you know that Tim was loved by all of us that worked with them.

Tim was an exceptional human being and an amazing technologist. They will be missed sorely at Outcomes. Tim was always on top of their game and could turn any bad situation around, and would consistently inject their level of humor into everything they did. Tim was a ray of sunshine that made the workplace that much better to be at, and I will sorely miss them.

Tim always made us laugh, almost daily, in fact. We worked together, on the same team, as software engineers. Tim helped to interview me for my current position, and I was consistently impressed by their knowledge and learned something in almost every conversation.
In our meetings, Tim was rightfully opinionated and would humorously offer their critique & analysis - and was usually spot on. "Dumpster fire" was a favorite of mine - and I would have to stifle my chuckles during meetings. If I cackled out loud Tim would smile. Definitely could not have sat the two of us together in school!
During out social hour every week, Tim would tell us about the latest custom brewing coffee items, a new delicious craft beer, or a new victory or upcoming campaign in the world of gaming. Tim always had to explain that part to me - and would do so patiently.
Speaking of patience, Tim was always, always patient with me. It meant so much. Tim was 1 of 1, well respected, funny, and conscientious. A thinker, a problem solver, an excellent teammate. I offer my deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy from Carney, Maryland. Tim's handprint is all over the work that I look at everyday and I will miss them.
