Timothy Foster Hughes, age 64, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Monday, September 15th, 2025 at his home.

A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 27th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints church of Wooster with Bishop Brian Craven officiating.

Timothy was born November 30th, 1960 in Santa Rosa, California and was the son of Brian Thomas and Janet Beverly (Foster) Hughes. He was a graduate of Blackford High School in San Jose, California and received his bachelor's degree from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.

Timothy was the owner and operator of his own graphic design business. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Timothy loved listening to music, going to concerts, watching movies and talking about his children to his friends.

Surviving in addition to his wife Larisa are three children: Courtney (Seng) Phengdouangdeth of Fargo, North Dakota, Spencer (Krysten) Hughes of Cambridge, Ohio and Aaron Hughes of Wadsworth, Ohio; stepchildren: Zach Christensen of Cleveland, Ohio, Chelsea Griffith of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Tyler Christensen of Jefferson, Georgia and Garrett Christensen of Davenport, Florida; and grandchildren: Taryn, Elowen, Theo, Tulip, Mia, Eli, Emmett, Lucy, Emerson, Luke, Avery, Summer, Rylan, Athean and Rodger. He is also survived by two brothers: Jeffrey F. Hughes of Fairview, Texas and Gregory F. (Suzette) Hughes of Orem, Utah.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother, Jon Hughes.
