Timothy Andrew Scarberry

Timothy Andrew Scarberry tragically passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025, at the age of 39 years old. He was born September 29, 1985, in Wilmington, Ohio. He was a 2004 Graduate of Fairfield High School and attended Laurel Oaks Vocational School.
He worked for 15 years at Old Dominion trucking as a CDL driver and was a member of The Bible Baptist Church in Hillsboro, Ohio.
Tim always had an infectious smile and could light up a room. He was a pillar of strength and support for his family. He was a devoted hardworking father always there to offer guidance, love, and a laugh. He had a big heart and would help anybody in need. He had many passions in life, fishing, riding his motorcycle, camping, vacationing with his family, and trying new things. He was very passionate about cheering on his children at their sports events and dance recitals.
Tim was a loving father to Rylea, Karrson, Khloee, and Kyndall Scarberry, and another son he dearly missed and thought of. In addition to his children he is survived by Casey Ary the mother of Rylea; Emilee Scarberry, the mother of Karrson, Khloee, and Kyndall; his father, Robbin(Judy) Scarberry of Hillsboro; mother, Dianna (John) Stanforth of Martinsville; siblings, Tereasa (Jason) Geyer, Matthew (Amber) Scarberry, Amber Scarberry, and Erica Scarberry; 7 nephews and 1 niece; step grandfather, George (Susan) Young; uncles, Erwin Scarberry and Gary Scarberry; step uncles, Junior Stanforth and Chris Emsicke; step aunts, Cathy ( John) Goins, Tina (John) Lewis, Phylliss Hartness, and Gloria Stanforth.
Tim is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, David and Marilyn Ferguson; paternal grandparents, Olta Scarberry and Dorothy Young; step grandparents, Leona Burton and Norma Stanforth; uncles, Jerry Scarberry and James Scarberry; aunt, Susan Scarberry, and step uncle, Jimmy Stanforth.
His legacy will live on through the love and memories shared with his family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday June 26, 2025, at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Funeral services will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday following visitation at the funeral home.
