Tina Marie Hillard, age 48 of Kettering, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024. She was born December 12, 1975 in Charleston, South Carolina the daughter of David and Joanna Wipperman. She graduated from Franklin High School, class of 1994, where she was a member of the marching band. She made marching band cool. Tina Married her high school sweetheart, Jason on June 15, 1996. She worked for Dayton Children's Hospital in the Emergency Department as a Shift Lead in Registration for 17 years. Tina was a kind and generous person who would passionately take care of others, both family and friend alike. She enjoyed working with children and was a calming presence for them. One of Tina's greatest joys was being a dance mom at the Funk Lab and Modern Elements Dance Center where she was not just her own kid's dance mom but a dance mom for everyone. She made friends easily and got along well with anyone. One of Tina's other passions was music, especially Boy Bands and she enjoyed supporting the smaller bands. Tina Loved to travel and she got to accomplish one of her life's goals of seeing clear blue water on a cruise in the Bahamas. Her family was the light of her life and she would do anything for her daughters. She meant a lot to so many people and will be deeply missed.
Tina is survived by her husband of 28 years Jason Hillard; Daughters, Brittany (Trevor) Wood, and Chloe Hillard; Sister, Teresa M. (Troy) Dague; Brother, Troy (Teresa) Wipperman; Nephews, Bryce Dague, Kevin (Amanda) Wipperman, Michael (Amanda) Wipperman, and Zakk Pennycoff; Niece, Amber (Steve) Landsaw; Mother-In-Law, Marilyn Michael; Father-In-law, William Michael; Sister-In-Laws, Mandy (Josh) Norman, Shannon Gillis; and by numerous Great-Nieces, Great-Nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, October 21, 2024 from 4:00 pm till the time of the Celebration of Life at 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home- Centerville (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459).
