She was a devoted mother to Donnie Crutchleo and his wife Lauren, as well as to her late son, Joey Crutchleo, whom she held dearly in her heart every day.
Tina dedicated over a decade of her life to her work at United Dairy Farmers (UDF), where her warm smile and kind heart left a lasting impression on coworkers and customers alike. Outside of work, Tina found joy in the simple pleasures-spending time outdoors, relaxing, and cherishing moments with her family. Her generous spirit, gentle presence, and quiet strength will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of life will be held at 6993 State Road 62, Dillsboro, Indiana 47018 on 5/30/2025 starting at 5pm.
