Tina Martin

Tina L Martin, 57, of Florence, CO, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2024, at 3:05 pm. Tina was born in Colorado Springs on April 15, 1966, to Judy and Ron Brown. Ron was in the Air Force, so most of Tina's childhood was spent traveling. Tina married Dan in 1993 and they enjoyed 30 years of marriage together before her passing. Tina worked in the school cafeteria through her younger years, where she gained many dear friends. She moved on to the Veterans home as a dietary aid, and decided she wanted to tackle the hardest job of all, a housewife. Tina shared a love for the Raiders with her husband. Over the years, Tina was always excited for a good cup of coffee, the sun and warmth hitting her skin, and a day full of yard work. She took so much pride in her home, that she hardly wanted hobbies because she always had another renovation or painting project planned. Her eyes twinkled for her grandbabies. They all knew Gamma Gam had the best ice creams waiting. If you thought she loved you, well her babies came first.
Tina was a precious soul, with an even more beautiful laugh and held her family together like gorilla glue. She was taken from us far too young and will be deeply missed.
Tina is survived by her husband, Dan; Children: Tiffanie Rutigliano (Joey), Kimberly Martin (Devin King), stepdaughter Amanda Martin (Shawn); Grandchildren: Emma, Serenity, Haven, Avery, Sydney, and Romey;
Siblings: Marc (Lisa) Brown, Jodi Brown, Sue Camfield, and James Brown.
And many more extended family, close friends, and several nieces and nephews that loved her. Tina was preceded in death by her parents, Judy and Ron, and her grandparents.
Tina's Funeral will be held on April 17, 2024, at 10:30 am, at Florence Mortuary, in Florence. Snacks and refreshments will be served around 11:30 am at the Elks Club in Florence.
