Tina Lea Prescott of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on October 5th, 2025, after a 4-year journey of battling brain cancer. She was 58.
Tina was born on September 28th, 1967, in Gainesville, Florida, and later moved to Jacksonville, where she met her husband Marvin and built a wonderful life together. Tina was a loving wife, mother, aunt, sister, daughter, and friend. She loved her grandchildren more than anything in this world and was the type of person who would defend the ones she loved no matter what. Tina loved giraffes, butterflies, the color purple, and rock & country music. She fought back against her cancer and surpassed all timelines the doctors gave her. She will always be remembered as the strong, determined, loving, beautiful woman that she was.
Tina has been reunited in heaven with her daughter, Kristin Daniels, and her Pawpaw, George. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Prescott; son, Michael Watson; niece, Alexis Prescott; nephews, Anthony Prescott and Gavin Prescott; her grandchildren, Chloe Watson, Haleigh Watson, Memphis Watson and Braelynn Prescott; and mother-in-law, Rosie Prescott, along with a large, loving extended family and many friends.
