Todd was born June 2, 1965 in Menomonee Falls, WI to William Robert Collins and Linda Johnson Collins.
He graduated from Macomb High School, Western Illinois University and was first in his nursing class at Valencia Collage in Florida. Todd spent 25 years in the nursing profession. Todd had a great love for animals, especially his two cats, Zuma and Cooper. He also enjoyed traveling and made many trips but loved going to Africa and cruising the Caribbean.
Todd was preceded in death by his father William R. Collins, great-aunt Rosebud Schmid and Richard "Rick" Strokes.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Johnson Jobe and step-father Franklin Jobe; brother, Scott (Deborah) Collins; nephews, Taylor (Savannah Prescott) Collins, Bailey Collins, Tyler and Kyle Protsman. Also, Laurie Daniel, Chris Daniels, great cousin, Mary Ann Schmid, step-mother, Naomi Collins; step-sisters, Lisa Pennington and Amanda Christofferson.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday July 7, 2022 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the Macomb Country Club. Private interment of ashes will be held in the Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the McDonough County Humane Society Building Fund, Shriners Children's Hospital or to St. Jude's.
