Todd David Legrand

Todd David Legrand passed away November 17, 2023 born March 29th 1963 in Providence Rhode Island.Todd was the son of Beatrice (Legrand) Ball. He survived by his son Brandon Legrand of Dover NH and partner Erin Odett; his younger son, Zachary Ethier of Maine; brother, William Legrand, wife Tracy Legrand of Strafford NH, brother John Legrand and Vera of London; sister, Christina (legrand) Moss of Florida. He had four grandchildren Brandon II, Bernadette, Kaitlyn and Mason Legrand several nieces and nephews John Moss, Olivia Legrand, Hunter Legrand, Victoria Legrand, Angelise Moss, Katharina Legrand, and great nephew Jack Legrand. The past eight years, Todd has lived in Rochester with his mother Betty, and primarily kept to himself. He took pleasure in eating all of his mother's home cooked meals, they would sit and watch TV together and go to afternoon lunches and enjoy each other's company.
Todd loved babies, children and animals. He was happiest when he was around them you could see it in his face and feel the love that he had for them. Todd did the best that he could, and at different times in his children's lives he had taken care of both of them all on his own. He did suffer from depression and mental illness, and this took a toll on him over the years.
Todd is predeceased by his father, Jean-Pol Rene Legrand.
There will be a private remembrance of life and burial on November 21, 2023 at 130 PM at Pine Hill Cemetery in Dover, NH.
