Born July 26, 1972, in Flint, MI; Todd was the son of the late George Albert Miller and Linda Lou (Lantz) Miller. He was also preceded in death by his sister: Tina Marie Fields; and his step-daughter: Kimberly Oster.
Todd is survived by his loving wife of 21 years: Faith; his children: Carlett Oster and fiancé, Justin; Heather and fiancé, Gary; Shane Williams and wife, Haley; and Bruce Williams; his sisters: Tracy Hollis and husband, Mark; and Tonya Yutzy; his 13 great-grandchildren, his 2 great-great grandchildren; his fur-babies: Tipsy, Peanut, and Gizmo; and his fishing buddy: Bryan Oster.
Per Todd's wishes, there will be no services.
