Toni Ranell Raymond

Pittsburgh- Toni R. Raymond, 57, of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully on August 16th, 2025, at St. Clair Hospital after a long, but quick battle with early-onset dementia. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pa on October 14th, 1967, to her loving parents, Richard A. Raymond Sr. and Cherry D. Ragsdale. A proud graduate of Bethel Park High School in 1985, Toni continued her education at the University of Arizona Global Campus in 2012, where she earned a bachelor's degree in project management. Throughout her career with the Board of Education, Manchester Elementary, and the Housing Authority, Toni was loved and adored by many for her dedication and kindness. She had a passion for softball, which she shared by coaching younger girls for many years, all while being the biggest cheerleader for her own children's games. In 2016, Toni found a deep connection with her partner, Joe Charnock. They spent the next nine years traveling, making memories, and sharing countless joyful moments, including a magical trip to Disney World where Toni finally met her idol, Mickey Mouse. Toni was preceded in death by her beloved son, Anthony Raymond, and great nephew, Luca Scheiwer. She is survived by her parents, Richard Raymond Sr. and Cherry Ragsdale, and her devoted partner, Joe Charnock. She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Kristen and Myranda Raymond of Pittsburgh, and her six cherished grandchildren: Peityn Raymond, Aiden Osselborn, Zy'aira and Jeanelle Gubash, Lilly Raymond, and Krista Jackson. Toni is also survived by her sister, Lisa Raymond, and her brother, Richard Raymond Jr. as well as her nieces and nephews, Deion and Kiera Turman, and Erich and Amia Raymond. She leaves behind many loving Aunts Cynthia, Darlene, and Gloria Raymond, Libby Parker, and Uncle Dwight, great-aunts, and close cousins, Kimberly and Felicia Ragsdale, Ashleigh Parker, Tianna Raymond, and Michael and Taylor Rollins who shared a special bond with her. A final farewell will be held at Beinhauer Family Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, PA, on Monday, August 25th, beginning with a laying out at 9:00 a.m. A service of remembrance will follow from 12:00 to 12:45 p.m., with a reception immediately after.
