There will be a funeral service held to honor her life on Monday, September 22, 2025 at 2:00PM at the Ada Elks Lodge #1640 with interment to follow at Centrahoma Cemetery.
Visitation and viewing will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 1:00PM - 5:00PM at Phillips Funeral Home in Ada.
The family is requesting that any and all donations be directed to the cost of her service, and to call the funeral home for more information.
