Tony Chavez was the beloved husband of the late Alice (nee Guerrero); loving father; grandfather; great-grandfather; and great-great-grandfather. He was the youngest of twelve siblings, an uncle, and great-uncle to many.
Visitation for Tony will be Friday, April 11, 2025 from 3-8:00 pm and Saturday, April 12th from 8:30-9:30 am at Pomierski & Son Funeral Home, 1059 West 32nd Street, Chicago. Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 am at St. Mary of Perpetual Help Church, 1039 West 32nd Street. Interment Mount Olive Cemetery, 3800 North Narragansett, Chicago. (773)927-6424
Tony loved his dogs and was a generous donor to ASPCA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name would be most appreciated.
